- Tooth Fairies will endeavour to help you to fill your current vacancy for a trainee dental nurse using our bespoke matching service
- We will send you candidates who have registered with us with a view to becoming a dental professional in your geographical area, although they most likely will NOT have any clinical experience
- If you would prefer to give a written profile of candidates you are requiring in advance of any CVs, this will be accommodated – we use a proforma generally and will be happy to send this across before the process begins.
- You agree to keep us up to date with progress on any candidates being considered including any unsuccessful applications and reasons so we can adequately feedback to all candidates in a professional manner.
- You agree on behalf of the practice owners that any candidate that is introduced through Tooth Fairies either directly or indirectly and subsequently employed within 12 months of that introduction will be trained through Tooth Fairies.
- The student will be signed onto the City and Guilds Level 3 Dental Nursing Diploma with Tooth Fairies within 28 days of employment beginning.
- The student will be contracted to a minimum of 16 hours per week at chairside
- The student dental nurse will be paid a National Minimum Wage or above whilst in training with us
- All contractual obligations including DBS, immunisation requirements are the employers responsibility
- If the student does NOT keep up with payments as agreed they will be suspended from learning , and this status deems they are not permitted to work at chairside until they are back “Into learning”.
